Is there space for two cars?
Every unit comes with parking for two cars. Types B and C come with 2 single bays. Type A comes with 2 single bays or 1 tandem bay, which fits two cars, one behind the other. The car park runs from Level B to Level 8.
Type B and Type C are the same size, so how are they different?
Both are approximately 947 sq ft 2+1 layouts with two bathrooms. Their rooms are arranged differently, and they sit in different spots on the floor. Type B starts at RM1,240,900 while Type C starts at RM1,243,900. Compare the two floor plans, then pick the one you prefer.
Which way do the units face?
